Daniel will showcase the Bosschaert Tulip leaf within the Granada gallery during the tucson gem show from January 22nd to February 13th.
The Masterly the Hague Bosschaert Tulip Leaf
With the painting glass with four tulips as a
muse, Daniel Moesker designed and created a
modern masterpiece, honoring the details
and quality Ambrosius Bosschaert used to
create his masterpieces. Painted on copper
around 1615, Glass With Four Tulips is one of
Bosschaert’s best paintings. It’s size is only
19x13 cm; nevertheless, almost 400 years later,
the details are still remarkably strong.
The pendant is handcrafted out of 18kt
yellow gold and set with a variety of
rare gemstones such as white and fancy
diamonds, tsavorite, and demantoid. A
total of 614 gems were hand-set in-house
by Master diamond setter Ben Bentvelzen
in the Daniel Moesker workshop located in
Zoetermeer, The Netherlands.
We look forward to welcoming you at the gallery!
